I took your numbers and came up with a temperament that has 7 pure 4th/5th

	C = F = Bb = Eb = Ab = Db = Gb   &   E = B

and 5 tempered 4th/5ths.

	C * G * D * A * E    &    B * F#

I think (imho) this is typical for just about any "well-temperament".

So when you say Bach was up to date do you mean he was up to date in
his day.
