Avery: The secretary makes all the difference. We had one recently that was supposed to get these things processed but did it on her own time schedule. The school lost several vendors who said the wait for the money was not worth what they made. This lady finally had the decency (or something) to leave and now we have a first rate worker. Bills go through her office in less than a day, Purchase Orders get out immediately. Once you find the bottle neck you have to find a way around it.
