Hi all! In my recent experiences with more back pain that I've ever had in my life, (and I've had quite a bit), I think the answer seems simple. It's all in your posture! When you sit or stand do you maintain the normal curve of the spine or do you slouch and force the bend to happen another way? Food or thought?
