Good for you Bonnie!

Tension is most likely the cuase for most piano tuner pains. I have had to
learn how to intentionally relax all the shoulder and neck muscles when I begin
to feel any pain. I have larned that I hunch up the shoulder muscles when I
tune and this can cause back, neck, shoulder and head pains. Relaxation and
therefore awaresness of tension is essential for us all.
