My favorite pair is a very small, palm size cutter I bought on a Snap-On truck parked at a gas station. Actually it is my favorite place to buy tools. I especially like the screw drivers that you can buy in obnoxious colored handles - keeps you from losing them in customer's homes (especially on Oriental carpets) and helps you find them in your tool kit! I use these wire cutters for center pins too. Carol Beigel
