Bill,
	Thanks for your information about talc and starch.
	Talc can act as a lobricant in that it is ground stone and acts more as
a batch of bearings to reduce stickingness.
	I have only used corn starch in an emergency, I much prefer talc.
	I have drier hands than many people, my tools do not rust in my hands
even after much andling.  The talc on the hands is renewed regularly, but cuase
of the tightness of the pin hole I think very little gets into the hole.
Because I have to feel more than others can sight I am unable to do good
stringing with gloves so I have to resort to second best.
	In conclusion, I do not have jumpy pins and my pins are tight for many
years thereafter.
	I will think about what you have written and may change my mind yet.
