Jim I agree that your experience would have been more pleasant had you been
contacted. I didn't mean to imply that you were unjustified in you critism
of how this has been handled.  I think that your situation with Yamaha is
due to a lack of intention in practice rather than an intentionally poor
business practice.  I think we are all guilty of acting without intention.

Have you asked anyone at Yamaha why you were out of the loop on this?
