ED; a. The "strange" feel to the action probably was coming from the rep levers being set so high and imparting a spongy/disconnected feel to the keys. b. The spring tension was probably set so strong to keep the knuckles off of the jack tops. c. The action probably had previously been regulated to supply less power to the over hard playing of the churchs' piano manipulator. SWAG: The jacks were tight/sluggish in their return causing the loss of repetition. Jim Bryant (FL)
