Thanks for the reply Tom.  This is all in the dream phase of planning and
will undoubtedly be pared down eventually but the idea is to include space
for refinishing, rebuilding, storage, some classroom space for up to 10
students, office space....you get the idea.  I'm try to get Sambel's
handout.  Thanks again.
