Check your local "True Value" Hardware.  They have the Master Mechanic Brand.
 Be sure and get the High Torque model (around $34.)  There is also a chuck
adaptor that is very handy.  Among other things, drilling tiny holes in the
hammer spring rail in sorder in install replacement springs.  Recharges in
about 3 hours.  I have had one for 4 years..its still going strong.
