Newton,
You didn't say which comapny and we don't need to know. However,
since you do know the company, and they want to keep you happy, why don't
you give their headquarters a call, explain the problem, ask who the Regional
Sales Manager is and give him a call. If they wish to keep your business,
they will do all the talking with the store for you.
Or at least they will explain to you why things have changed. We
did a loan program, and the store does have expenses also so they are
probably trying to lessen their expenses so they can make a better profit.
Generally, in loan sales, the big money is not made per piano, but through
the volume of the sales generated. If you have only a few pianos to sell
that could be reducing his profit after all the other expenses are taken
into consideration.
