If the backcheck to tail angle is too shallow you will get hammer locking.  If
you can tap the hammer deeper into checking with it in check then bend the wire
to the backcheck top end moves away from the front of the key until tapping
causes no change in depth of checking but not so far as to prevent the hammer
from checking when played lightly.

Just for the fun of it check the hammer center pinning.  More than seven swings
means the rep lever spring is weak.

With all the other posts you have a lot of checking to do.  It would be of
great value to know what the balance weight is before going crazy with the rest
of the evaluations.
