Folks, Any piano of any brand or construction can suffer this malady. Any time you are servicing a Kawai piano that seems to have an unusual problem, then get the serial number and call me to talk it over. Although this particular complaint very rarely comes to me now that I am at Kawai, no piano maker is perfect - give me a call to discuss it. BTW, I did reply to the earlier post, but I am using different E-mail software on the laptop, and it doesn't automatically reply to the list like the one I am used to. My reply went directly to Ron.
