In our case, the pianos are uncrated and tuned before they are delivered. The store also has their sale before the semester ends, so they *have* to deliver the new ones at the same time the old ones are picked up for the sale, which is held in the University Center. So, once the swap is made, they're out of our hair. Also, we pay a lease fee which includes the tunings and delivery. That way we are not completely dependent on the dealer/factory.
