Bo> full damper pedal (right) is operated, the bass dampers lift late and
Bo> in a bow-shaped pattern. The first and last dampers of the bass
Bo> section lift with the treble dampers, with the dampers in between
Bo> lifting afterwards. The bass lifter rod is straight, as are the
Bo> hanger hooks. I'ver tried varying thicknesses of replacement leather
Bo> between the rods, which only change the timing of the lift, not the
Bo> pattern. Any ideas? Patrick Poulson, RPT

The bass damper lifter rod may have a weak,(cracked), hanger in the center.
 Does it have three hangers?
