We have a deal with Baldwin that has been going on for 4 years. They make one trip to the school to bring in the new and take out the old. In the only two instances where they were shorted new instruments they left the old ones until the new ones came in (yes, after the sale was over.) Baldwin has been very good in our arrangement with them and as someone pointed out that has a lot to do with the quality of the dealer, their cash flow etc. dave ____________________________ David M.
