A. Forster: tech #? bridge pin repair

Hi All --

Looks like no local retailer is currently carrying Forster's here in Seattle,
but one that went out of business used to, and a client has a warranty
problem with loose bridge pins (even after deep seating).

Anybody know of a tech services number I might try?

Opinions on remedies? I'm picturing moving the relevant strings aside,
checking pin positions, and using runny CA at their bases. I'm assuming I
won't be putting in new bridge pins, (client is on fixed income and I may not
be able to establish a warranty claim if I can't find a contact #) I don't
want to pull out the old and leave my tool's imprint on the pin; or is that
silly? If time and prints weren't issues, I could go with the pull 'em out
and swab with epoxee method. But are the results considerably different from
those obtained with CA, on a new piano?

Thanks,

Audrey Karabinus, Seattle
