Missed appt's are always a headache I think we all have to live with. What I would like to know is how you all handle a missed appt when it is a dealer tuning? This one especially frustrates me as I have already lost income on a dealer tuning because I discount the tuning. But then to have to reschedule a discount tuning? What do you do?
