If you haven't tried it, the Alexander Graham Bell method of ordering is
sometimes more effective than the Benjamin Franklin Courier method -- that
is, perhaps by calling the company and talking to them until you're sure
that they understand what it is that you're looking for, you'll probably
get to keep all of your packing materials for something you *really* need
to send.

I learned recently from an experience with photo developers at KMart that
the CSRs only read the first four letters of your last name (so I'm
constantly getting pictures for Mr. Torre -- much to the *real* Mr.
Torre's chagrin (wow!  how'd he get that lady to pose like that??).  In
the packing/shipping business, they tend to go with what seems obvious --
esoteria be damned!
