File a complaint, in writing, to the tuner, chairman, teacher and any
musical student association.

Be specific, exacting, non-emotional and objective.

If each student, professor or teacher filed such complaints, in writing, the
chairman must at some point take notice and hopefully action.

If there is no paper trail the verbal complaints can be ignored.
