first off, if you wish to look educated, the correct spelling is PianoDisc.
Lots of people get it wrong.

Nothing different once you pull the action out.

No, that's Pianomation. PianoDisc simply has some material removed from the
keyframe to access the bottoms of the keys. The keys themselves are not
modified in any way. Hopefully the alignment of the new keys with the
plungers won't be an issue. If you have notes that bind or play two notes
at once, side by side, during auto-play, then you have an alignment problem
and the solenoids will have to be dealt with. I'd suggest that you leave
that to an experienced tech unless you feel comfortable digging as deep as
you can into the mechanism to re-align solenoids, which can be quite a pain
even for the experienced installer.

In a recent and previous post, I explained about pulling the action on one
of these. I'll recap briefly.

Unplug the unit from the wall.
Remove the fallboard, and if it has record capabilities, unplug the record
strip located at the treble end of the keyboard.
Pull the action and R&R your keys
Depress the sustain pedal
Depress all the keys at once using the fallboard, or the keyslip or a "grand
cipher".
Push the action back into the cavity
Reconnect the record sensor strip
Plug the unit back into the wall.
