Neck Pain

A friend of mine suffered tension pain for years.  He was complaining
that his banging fingers were causing him great pain.  I gave him a
pounding stick, a slightly taperedjsix inch dowel with hammer felt
punching at each end.

He is absolutely delighted. By releaving thje pain in his fingers and
helping him to relax ALL his pains are now gone.  

I made this stick because my fingers were feeling bruised.  Now that I
tune so little my fingers feel fine so I gave it to him.  He wants me to
make him another one, one with a ball and any other configuration I can
think of.

Try it, you may like it.
