Shop Setup report

Use number 12 wire and receptacles rated for 20 amps. Don't forget a 220
setup. You can even run some extra wire and tie it off for future use; for
instance: The furthest point in your shop from the service panel, run an
extra wire. If you are using ROMEX you can buy the number 8 wire, 3
conductor PLUS ground. You can run just about anything with that.

How about a compressor OUTSIDE the shop, covered in a little makeshift
shack. Run copper pipes from the compressor to a couple of strategic
locations inside. You'll LOVE the quiet!

How about a simple intercom system to the house. How about a light on the
wall that flashes when the phone/intercom/doorbell rings?

Glenn.
