Hi, Glen,

Loose hammer head glue joint.  Check both ends of the shank
Loose back stop glue joint.  Check both ends of the shank
missing jack felt.
Missing butt felt
loose butt screw
loose wippen screw
Overly large balance pin hole
Loose key end glue joint
Hard rubber grommet
Loose damper screw
Loose damper head metal insert
Hard bridle strap tip

If you check all these and it is not one of these you should still be
able to determine the cause.
