Service Contracts

Don,

I have several churches that I do this way. The contract is simple. I agree
for a said amount ...say $250-$300 ... to tune and do minor regulation and
voicing up to 4 visits. The thing is that I have them prepay for the year.
That way it is budgeted for easily. If the piano needs more work I itemize
said repairs seperately and then I will also have a maintenance agreement as
well. Many churches may do this with three or more pianos at one location.
This can add up fast. The key is to get them to put it in the budget and pay
in advance. Education is key. If you show them the need they will tune.

Does anyone have such a document? If so please email me with info! Thanks in
 advance, and Seasons Greetings!
