Funny thing about that, I've been telling people I could schedule them in
January for weeks.  About 90% say, "I won't need it in January, if you can't do
it before my company gets here, we'll just wait 'til next year."  I'm sure they
mean they'll call 5 days before Christmas like they did this year when I said
no.
