Bill; Why not just replace the jack and flange, I believe the correct replacement is available. If it is, it would be much faster and a sure cure for the problem. Probably make more for you and cost the customer less at the same time. But to answer your question yes the verdigris will come back, the real question is when?, not if. Jim Bryant (FL)
