Do they know how to tune an accordion?  The SOT should have no
trouble tuning individual notes.   Match notes of the accordian
with corresponding notes on a piano setting.  No stretch...0
cents deviation.  Hey, this isn't rocket science.  The question
is do they know how to change the pitch one way or the other?
