Best information I've received is a workshop (all-day) led by Wally Brooks,
and a general voicing class at the national convention, both courtesy of the
PTG.  I find these formats more help, personally, than a book, because of
the opportunity of questions and give & take.  Learning to listen is a big
benefit of these classes.
