Chances are, if it's in the piano it's also all over the house.
Any strong suitable cleanser will do, maybe.

I tuned a grand for a woman who allowed her cat to sleep on
the bass bridge. (Even kept a small pillow there).
 The day after I tuned it, I received a irate call, 
"You tuned my piano and now a key sticks".
Being conscientious, I returned and found a cat litter granule stuck
between two keys.  A steel rule pushed it clear, she was not 
pleased with the service call fee. I never got another call to tune
her cat's sleeping quarters again.
