Chances are, if it's in the piano it's also all over the house. Any strong suitable cleanser will do, maybe. I tuned a grand for a woman who allowed her cat to sleep on the bass bridge. (Even kept a small pillow there). The day after I tuned it, I received a irate call, "You tuned my piano and now a key sticks". Being conscientious, I returned and found a cat litter granule stuck between two keys. A steel rule pushed it clear, she was not pleased with the service call fee. I never got another call to tune her cat's sleeping quarters again. Jon Page Harwich Port, Cape Cod, Mass.
