Birdcage or Overdamper pianos

To Barry Heaton or the list:

I have a technician friend who is forced to do some work on a
"birdcage" piano. He would like to know where he could get parts
like hammers, dampers etc.  Is there a place in the UK which
caters to these needs?

You may respond to me personally or to the list if you think there
is any general interest in this.

PS I haven't touched one of these for over 20 years and I don't
   intend to start now, but I tho't we might be helpful to this
   young man.
