Oops almost missed it, since it was "buried"
	To make a center pin file/reamer, take a center pin one size under,
and roll it between two files so as to rough it. (a mill file as
opposed to a bastard file might work better).   Put this pin in your
pin vice and twirl in the bushing.  Note how much bushing material is
removed.  Its hard to over do this using a prepared pin of the proper
size. It also seems to be easier to keep the hole from wandering.
You might have to go up one size.  In that case push it in and pull
it out without twirling, and check, then twirl if necessary.  Of
course if you prepare a series of pins and keep them "sewn" into a
business card with the sizes marked...
