Greg,

I think you should contact Yamaha...that is what they are there for.  The
Disklavier is a special instrument and may have special needs.  Yamaha would
welcome your call and get you any spec info as well as tell you how to run
the diagnostic tests on the Instrument.  Good luck and the piano is a
wonderful instrument to be injoyed for many years to come.
