Bridge pins - where to find 'em?

Dear List,

I'm rebuilding a 1912 Knabe "B" (6'4" grand).  The bridge pins used for
the double strung unisons in the bass are .119 inches in diameter.  None
of my sources list a pin in this size.  Where can I find them?  Am I
going to have to make them?  Help.
