Does anyone know the routine for refinishing sharps using Leather Dye? How long to dry? Do you buff it out after drying? Is a simple cotton buffing wheel all you need or should there be some compound on the wheel? Is a clear-coat of laquer advisable to keep the dye from staining fingers? I am very very pleased to be a part of this list.....its like a daily group seminar-meeting.
