Cold weather coming up

Dear List,
I rebuilt a small 1925 Wurlitzer grand that spent 10 years in a
cottage on Lake Erie with some of the windows cracked and no heat. I
reluctantly took on the job - (one of those sentimental value things) and
gave no guarantees. After reinforcing every cabinet and soundboard glue
joint I could find - It's been 5 years now and no sign of trouble yet,
stable tuning and actually sounds better than most new small grands I see
these days.

Regards,
