New action parts for old Mason & Hamlin upright

Hello everyone,

I have a client who whould like to have an old Mason & Hamlin upright
brought into dependable playing condition.  The action parts have
dry-rot and will require new wippens and butts.  I have been unable to
find a supply of new parts.   

Please let me know if anyone knows a solution to this problem.
