Dear Richard and list,
I would take issue with you about guessing how far to raise on a less than
2 bps change and stability afterwards. With the advent of the SOT, SAT,
and now the RCT there is no guessing across the entire 88 notes. We can be
as precise as we care to be. If we are not precise as to setting to right
on A-440, who is? This is not meant to start an argument but our goal is
to impress our clients that we are doing our best to be precise for them
and their pianos well being.
