Hi Larry,
I sent a reply to this on the MMD list. It is actually a Gourlay piano,
It has a write up in the book "Downright Upright" a history of the
Canadian Piano Industry by Wayne Kelly.
It is also in the Pierce Piano Atlas under Gourlay, Winter and Leeming.
