Willem, Check the rocker cushion for hardness. CHeck the backrail cloth for hardness. Check the damper section for loose screws. Check the damper guide rail. Check the wippen screws. Check the hammer flange screws. Check that the knuckle glue joint is secure. Check the hammer glue joint. Check that the shank is not hitting an adjustment screw. Newton
