Certainly the kinds of chemical suppliers that supply commercial and college
chemical labs would have it.  Again, the yellow pages.  

Also, any local college/university chemistry department would easily be able
to tell you the companies from whom  they buy laboratory chemicals.

This should get you going.

Oh yes,  this strong stuff will turn your hands white and will also oxidize
some organics, eg. make wood smoke.  Do be careful:  full eye covering,
gloves, apron.
