Yes, that is the acute toxicity.  M.C. and methyl alcohol can be absorbed
through the skin as well, and will carry with it heavy metals such as lead,
often found in old paints.  (paraphrased from Fine Woodworking:  March
1992)

Did we mention that heavy nitrile or neoprene gloves are absolute
necessities when handling this chemical?
