One of my customers wants the Yamaha Silent Sytem installed in her Grotrian-Steinweg upright. I have tried Yamaha Nederland, but they don't want to help me. I don't understand why. The only things she can do seem to be : - Buy a new Yamaha Silent-piano or Bechstein piano. She doesn't want to give up her Grotrian, and she is right. - Install a MRS Quiet Time GT-90 or GT-360 system. Which are good but not as good as the Yamaha Silent. I have promised her that I will try everything to fullfill her wish. Can anybody help me?
