Mike,
The PTG publishes a Written Exam Source Book.  Call the home office and they'll
ship you one for $29.00.
It's my understanding that the Superior Imports video is no longer available -
the last one being purchased by a rebuilder in Waco who specializes in
spinets.  We probably should confirm this with Newton when he gets back.
