If they are glass caster cups, they have a tendency to allow the wheel to move too easily. I had one piano where they cause a creaking sound, a paper shim quieted it but it still had that teatering effect. Otherwise check the glue joint. Jon Page Harwich Port, Cape Cod, Mass.
