that I am, I don't want someone to pat me on the back and TELL me what a
great job I did. Words are cheap and quickly forgotten. It's the customer
who pays the bill without quibbling and then includes a 10% (or more) cash
tip who gets remembered. Actually, I remember quite a few! :)
