Restringing from #2 to #4

Do not, I repeat not, redrill the pin block. The reason you are going to a #4
pin is because the #2 was not holding, right?, The 4 pin will fit tightly in
the hole, which is what you want. If you drilled out the hole, you will make
the hole even bigger, and you'll need an even bigger pin.
