Hi, Michiel. Welcome to Pianotech. You write really well. I especially
like the phrase "Chinese and Russian junk". It's obvious that you have a
good eye when it comes to determining piano quality. I agree with your
feelings about spinet pianos, too. As for keeping them on our side of the
Atlantic, maybe we could enter into an agreement whereby we could ship
them HALF WAY over and then unload them--you know, where the ocean is
the deepest! :) That way, NONE of us would have to work on them.
