I hesitate to explain this. I fear someone might have one on the market by
this time next year, but here it is anyway. 

Electronic Rebuilding Device, so we deciples of the sawdust can argue the
fine points to five decimal points past where anyone can tell the
difference. %-) I suppose there would have to me an 'All Things Being Equal'
setting, as 'Well' as a number of Historical tweaks.
