Wally, One other thing, while you are tuning assess repair/adjustments. Then you can tell the customer you can come back on a certain day to effect these adjustments. Simple things like raising the hammer line, adjusting rep. springs; etc. Basically you could refer to it as top action regulation which will improve responsiveness and dynamics.
